Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 14, 2026
Invoice Tidy helps bookkeeping teams upload invoices, review extracted fields, and export structured data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how you can contact us about it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, workspace membership, and sign-in metadata. We also process the invoice files and invoice data you upload, including vendor names, invoice numbers, dates, totals, tax, due dates, line items, client assignments, review actions, and export history.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, separate workspace access, extract invoice fields, support human review, generate exports, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform against misuse or unauthorized access.
3. Workspace Access
Invoice Tidy is designed around workspace-scoped access. Invited members can only access the workspace data they are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the correct people and managing member access.
4. Service Providers
We may use third-party infrastructure and processing providers to operate the product, including cloud hosting, authentication, storage, database, and document processing vendors. Those providers only receive the information needed to perform their services for Invoice Tidy.
5. Retention and Deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain workspace history, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Workspace owners can request deletion of workspace data, and account or privacy requests can be sent to support@invoicetidy.com.
6. Security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, role-based permissions, and operational logging to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure, and you should avoid uploading information unless you are authorized to do so and comfortable with a beta-stage product handling that data.
7. Beta Status
Invoice Tidy is currently a beta product. Features, workflows, and supporting infrastructure may change, and the service may not yet satisfy every enterprise compliance requirement. If your organization requires a specific certification or vendor review before use, do not upload data until that review is complete.
8. Children's Privacy
Invoice Tidy is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, deletion requests, or data access inquiries, contact support@invoicetidy.com.
