Terms of Service

Last updated: March 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Invoice Tidy. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

Invoice Tidy is a document-processing and review tool for bookkeeping and finance workflows. The service allows users to upload invoices, review extracted data, assign invoices to clients, and export approved records.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your organization when using Invoice Tidy. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload documents and data that you are authorized to process. You may not use the service to violate the law, interfere with the product, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another organization's workspace or data.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You remain responsible for reviewing extracted invoice data before using it for accounting entries, reporting, payment operations, tax filings, or client deliverables. Invoice Tidy assists with review; it does not remove the need for human oversight.

5. Beta Product Terms

Invoice Tidy may still be offered in beta. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. Some product behavior, integrations, and controls may still be evolving, so the service should be evaluated accordingly before use with sensitive or business-critical workflows.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Invoice Tidy software, product design, branding, and platform materials. You retain your rights in the documents and data you upload to the service.

7. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or product feedback, we may use that feedback to improve the service without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, if continued access creates a security or legal risk, or if needed to protect the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Tidy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
